摘 要:用3-(甲基丙烯酰氧)丙基三甲氧基硅烷对碳酸钙进行活化改性,将甲基丙烯酸和二甲基丙烯酸乙二醇酯在碳酸钙表面聚合,制备了碳酸钙基聚合物,考察了吸附时间、温度、初始浓度、pH对碳酸钙基聚合物吸附铜离子效果的影响,用X射线衍射仪、扫描电子显微镜和红外光谱对制备的碳酸钙基聚合物进行了表征。结果表明,碳酸钙基聚合物吸附铜离子的最优条件为:pH=7、吸附时间3h、初始浓度18mg·L-1、温度25℃。在最优条件下,碳酸钙基聚合物对铜离子的吸附率达到99.62%。红外光谱分析结果表明,碳酸钙基聚合物表面存在烷烃官能团;扫描电镜结果表明,基底碳酸钙是有规则的方解石晶型,在体型网络状聚合物的作用下紧密结合,衍射分析结果证明,碳酸钙基聚合物对铜离子有较好的吸附能力。Calcium carbonate was activated and modified with 3-(methacryloyloxy)propyltrimethoxysilane,and methacrylic acid and ethylene glycol dimethyl acrylate were polymerized on the surface of calcium carbonate to prepare a calcium carbonate-based polymer.The effects of adsorption time,temperature,initial concentration,and pH on the adsorption of copper ions with calcium carbonate based polymers were investigated.The preparation of calcium carbonate-based polymers were characterized by X-ray diffraction,scanning electron microscope and infrared spectrum.The optimal conditions for the adsorption of copper ions with calcium carbonate-based polymers were as followed:pH=7,adsorption time 3h,initial concentration 18mg/L,temperature 25℃.Under these conditions,the adsorption rate of calcium carbonate polymer to copper ion was 99.62%.The infrared spectrum analysis results indicated that there were alkane functional groups on the surface of calcium carbonate based polymers.Scanning electron microscopy results showed that the base calcium carbonate was a regular calcite crystal type and was closely bound under the action of the network-like polymer.Diffraction analysis proved that the calcium carbonate-based polymer had good adsorption capacity for copper ions.
