摘  要:结垢会给油田生产带来严重危害,严重威胁生产流程的进行,降低生产流量,导致生产损失。注入的水、原生水与岩石之间存在化学作用,导致储层流体的组成复杂,因此难以控制无机结垢地层。碳酸盐(钙)、硫化物(铁、锌)和硫酸盐(钙、钡、锶)垢在油田中更为常见,结垢的形成取决于各种因素,包括但不限于温度、压力、溶液饱和度、流体动力学行为等。本文介绍了油气生产中常见的无机结垢类型、形成机理、热力学溶积度、结垢预测,以及化学除垢剂的研究现状与发展趋势,以期为油田硫酸钡锶垢的预防与除垢提供参考。Fouling posed a serious threat to oilfield production,seriously threatened the assurance of the production process,reduced production flow and caused production losses.It was difficult to control inorganic scaling formations due to the chemical interaction between the injected water,the primary water and the rock,and the complex composition of the reservoir fluids.Carbonate(calcium),sulfide(iron,zinc)and sulfate(calcium,barium,strontium)scales were more common in oilfield applications.Scale formation depended on several factors included,but not limited to,temperature,pressure,solution saturation,and hydrodynamic behavior.This paper described several common inorganic scale types,formation mechanisms,thermodynamic solubility,scale prediction,and the current status and development trend of research on chemical descaling agents in oil and gas production,in order to provide a reference for the prevention and descaling of barium and strontium sulfate scales in oilfields.
