安全壳预应力环廊测量点传统沉降测量方法的替代系统

摘  要:在核电站安全壳服役过程中,安全壳在外界的作用下会产生沉降。通过布置构建筑物沉降测量系统对安全壳沉降进行测量,以对传统人工测量方法进行替代。选取安全壳整体打压试验期间,安全壳预应力环廊的沉降变化值作为测量对象,通过传统人工测量方法、沉降测量系统相对照的方式,对沉降监测数据进行数值对比分析。结果表明,构建筑物沉降测量系统在监测过程中,监测的预应力环廊的高程数据随试验载荷成相关性变化,与人工测量数据趋势相同,可对传统测量方法进行替代,具有极好的应用推广价值。In the process of nuclear power plant containment service,the containment will settle under the action of the outside world.The containment settlement is measured by arranging the structural building settlement measurement system to replace the traditional manual measurement method.During the integral compression test of the containment,the settlement change value of the prestressed ring corridor of the containment is taken as the measurement object,and the settlement monitoring data are compared and analyzed by comparing the traditional manual measurement method and the settlement measurement system.The results show that in the monitoring process of the structural building settlement measurement system,the elevation data of the monitored prestressed ring corridor changes in correlation with the test load,which is the same as the manual measurement data,and can replace the traditional measurement methods,with excellent value of application and popularization.
