摘 要:带钢酸洗过程中会有一些难溶物随带钢氧化皮脱落至酸洗液中,目前大多使用絮凝沉淀法将其去除,絮凝产物可通过板框压滤机进行固液分离,难溶物去除效率和压滤机的运行效果均与絮凝剂添加量有较大关系。在生产线直接进行工艺调整,存在见效时间长、对生产影响巨大的问题,该文通过实验室小试,考察絮凝剂添加量对难溶物去除效果和抽滤时间的影响,结合实际生产运行参数确定抽滤时间与压滤机达到最大工作压力所需时间和泥饼含水率存在一定的关系,可通过实验室小试为实际生产工艺参数的调整作为参考依据。In the process of strip pickling,some insoluble substances will fall off into the pickling solution along with the oxide scale of the strip steel.At present,most of them are removed by flocculation precipitation method,and the flocculation products can be separated by plate and frame filter press.The removal efficiency of insoluble matter and the operation effect of filter press are closely related to the amount of flocculant added.The process adjustment is carried out directly in the production line,which has the problems of long effective time and great effects on production.Through the laboratory test,this paper investigates the effect of the amount of flocculant on the removal efficiency and filtration time of insoluble matter.Based on the actual production operation parameters,it is determined that there is a certain relationship between the filtration time and the time required for the filter press to reach the maximum working pressure and the water content of the mud cake.This study can be used as a reference for the adjustment of actual production process parameters through laboratory tests.
