市政给排水管道穿越既有铁路技术探讨

摘　　要：由于铁路具有较强的特殊性,其无法向公路一样进行改道施工,所以如果在不停止运行的条件下,实现管道铺设施工操作,提高铁路使用效果,是目前市政给排水管道施工的关键点。基于此,该文以泥水平衡顶管施工技术为主要研究对象,分析该施工技术使用优点,明确市政管道下穿越铁路线施工的注意事项,结合工程实例,将泥水平衡顶管施工技术应用到市政给排水管理施工方面,加固线路质量,降低管道顶进施工对上述结构质量带来的影响程度,保证铁路运营的安全性。Due to the strong particularity of railways,they cannot be diverted for construction like highways.Therefore,achieving pipeline laying construction operations and improving the effectiveness of railway use without stopping operation is currently a key point in the construction of municipal water supply and drainage pipelines.Based on this,this paper takes the mud-water balance pipe jacking construction technology as the main research object,analyzes the advantages of the construction technology,and defines the matters needing attention in the construction of crossing the railway line under the municipal pipeline,combined with engineering examples,the mud-water balance pipe jacking construction technology is applied to the municipal water supply and drainage management construction to strengthen the line quality,reduce the influence of pipeline jacking construction on the above structure quality,so as to ensure the safety of railway operation.
