摘　　要：探讨阴部神经阻滞麻醉在产科分娩中的应用价值。选取2021年1月—2022年12月在医院产科分娩的100例产妇作为研究对象,以数字奇偶法分组,将50例接受常规助产分娩者设为对照组,50例接受阴部神经阻滞麻醉分娩者设为观察组,比对在运用不同分娩方式后两组产妇临床指标、妊娠结局以及产妇依从性之间的差异。研究发现,以阴部神经阻滞麻醉方式进行分娩,有利于降低产妇分娩疼痛感,在缩短第二产程时间的同时,能起到提升产妇依从性及降低不良妊娠结局发生率的作用,对促进产妇产后尽早康复具有积极意义,临床借鉴价值较高,适宜推广。Exploring the application value of perineal nerve block anesthesia in obstetric delivery.100 parturients who gave birth in the hospital obstetrics from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into two groups using the digital parity method.50 parturients who received routine delivery assistance were set as the control group,and 50 parturients who received perineal nerve block anesthesia were set as the observation group.The differences in clinical indicators,pregnancy outcomes,and maternal compliance between the two groups of parturients after using different delivery methods were compared.Research has found that using perineal nerve block anesthesia for delivery is beneficial for reducing labor pain in parturients.While shortening the second stage of labor,it can also improve maternal compliance and reduce the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes.It has a positive significance in promoting early postpartum recovery in parturients and has high clinical reference value,making it suitable for promotion.
