针刺夹脊穴联合中药定向透药治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的疗效观察

摘　　要：观察针刺夹脊穴联合中药定向透药治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛疗效及对VAS、PSQI、HAMD评分的影响。纳入56例带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者为研究对象,将患者随机分为两组(对照组和治疗组各28例)。对照组给予针刺夹脊穴+基础药物治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上给予中药定向透药治疗,记录治疗前、治疗1周和两周两组患者的VAS、PSQI、HAMD评分变化并评价临床疗效。研究发现,针刺夹脊穴联合中药定向透药治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛疗效确切,且较针刺夹脊穴具备增效性。Observation of the therapeutic effect of acupuncture at Jiaji acupoint combined with targeted traditional Chinese medicine on postherpetic neuralgia and its impact on VAS,PSQI,and HAMD scores.56 patients with postherpetic neuralgia were included as the study subjects and randomly divided into two groups(a control group and a treatment group of 28 cases each).The control group was treated with acupuncture at Jiaji acupoint and basic medication,while the treatment group was treated with targeted transdermal traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of the control group.The VAS,PSQI,and HAMD scores of the two groups of patients were recorded before treatment,1 week,and 2 weeks of treatment,and the clinical efficacy was evaluated.Research has found that acupuncture at Jiaji acupoint combined with targeted traditional Chinese medicine has a definite therapeutic effect on postherpetic neuralgia,and it has a synergistic effect compared to acupuncture at Jiaji acupoint.
