广西儿童重症监护病房患者安全文化测评及安全文化策略应用研究

摘　　要：探究广西儿童重症监护病房(pediatric intensive care unit,PICU)患者安全文化测评及安全文化策略的应用效果。采用便利抽样法将80名医护人员分为两组,分别为对照组(2020年6月—2021年7月,实施PICU安全文化干预策略前)和干预组(2022年1月—2022年12月,实施PICU安全文化干预策略后),每组各40名。比较两组PICU医护人员的安全文化问卷测评结果、部分护理质量指标及护理风险与缺陷发生情况。结果显示,干预组PICU医护人员在团队氛围、工作满意等维度的安全文化测评问卷评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);干预组PICU医护人员在护理文书书写、护理操作等维度的护理质量评分均高于对照组,且干预组护理质量评分总分高于对照组(P<0.05);干预组PICU医护人员出现非计划性拔管、呼吸机护理缺陷等的总概率低于干预组,已上项目对比差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究发现,实施PICU安全文化干预策略,不仅可以提高医院安全水平,还能提升临床护理质量,值得推广应用。To explore the effectiveness of patient safety culture evaluation and safety culture strategies in the pediatric intensive care unit(PICU)in Guangxi.A total of 80 medical staff were divided into two groups,the control group(June 2020 to July 2021,before the implementation of the PICU safety culture intervention strategy)and the intervention group(January 2022 to December 2022,after the implementation of the PICU safety culture intervention strategy),with 40 participants in each group.The results of the safety culture questionnaire,some nursing quality indicators,and the occurrence of nursing risks and deficiencies of PICU medical staff were compared between the two groups.The results showed that the scores of the PICU medical staff in the intervention group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),the nursing quality scores of the PICU medical staff in the intervention group were higher than those in the control group,and the total score of nursing quality in the intervention group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).There were statistically significant differences in the comparison of the above items(P<0.05).The study found that the implementation of PICU safety culture intervention strategy can not only improve the safety level of hospitals,but also improve the quality of clinical care,which is worthy of promotion and application.
