产后大出血产妇护理应急预案+精心护理的应用研究

摘　　要：研究产后大出血产妇护理应急预案与精心护理的应用效果。回顾性选取2021年3月—2023年3月在贵州省兴义市人民医院生产之后确认为产后大出血的产妇共计64例为研究对象,将产妇随机分入对照组(实施基础预案+常规护理,n=32)以及观察组(实施应急预案+精心护理,n=32)。对比两组产妇护理前后的相关指标。研究发现,在产后大出血护理中,积极采用护理应急预案,同时采用精心护理模式进行干预,可优化护理效果,缩短止血、手术及住院时间,改善产妇情绪状况,产妇护理满意度较高,推荐使用于临床。Study the application effect of emergency plan and meticulous nursing for postpartum hemorrhage postpartum women.A total of 64 postpartum women who were confi rmed to have postpartum hemorrhage after giving birth at Xingyi People’s Hospital in Guizhou Province from March 2021 to March 2023 were retrospectively selected as the study subjects.The women were randomly divided into a control group(implementing basic plan+routine care,n=32)and an observation group(implementing emergency plan+meticulous care,n=32).Compare the relevant indicators before and after nursing care between two groups of postpartum women.Research has found that actively adopting nursing emergency plans and implementing meticulous nursing interventions in the care of postpartum hemorrhage can optimize nursing outcomes,shorten hemostasis,surgery,and hospitalization time,improve maternal emotional status,and increase maternal satisfaction with nursing care.It is recommended for clinical use.
