智慧湘钢对钢铁工人“三高”疾病患病情况的影响研究

摘　　要：研究智慧湘钢对钢铁工人“三高”疾病患病情况的影响。分析华菱湘钢钢铁工人和湘钢集团工人2020年1月—2022年12月职业健康检查资料,比较高血压、高血糖、高血脂检出情况趋势。结果显示,实行智慧湘钢的华菱湘钢2020—2022年高血压的检出率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01),表现为下降趋势。湘钢集团2020—2022年高血压的检出率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);华菱湘钢2020—2022年高血糖检出率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01),表现为下降趋势。湘钢集团2020—2022年高血糖的检出率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);2020—2022年华菱湘钢和湘钢集团高血脂检出率比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01),呈上升趋势。研究发现,智慧湘钢对降低钢铁工人的高血压和高血糖患病率具有积极作用,对降低高血脂患病率无积极作用。Study the impact of Smart Xiangtan Iron&Steel on the prevalence of“three highs”diseases among steel workers.Analyze the occupational health examination data of Valin Xiangtan Iron&Steel workers and Xiangtan Iron&Steel Group workers from January 2020 to December 2022,and compare the trends of hypertension,hyperglycemia,and hyperlipidemia detection.The results showed that there was a statistically significant difference(P<0.01)in the detection rate of hypertension between Valin Xiangtan Iron&Steel,which implemented Smart Xiangtan Iron&Steel,from 2020 to 2022,showing a downward trend.There was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05)in the detection rate of hypertension among Xiangtan Iron&Steel Group from 2020 to 2022;The comparison of high blood sugar detection rates at Valin Xiangtan Iron&Steel from 2020 to 2022 showed a statistically significant difference(P<0.01),showing a downward trend.There was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05)in the detection rate of hyperglycemia among Xiangtan Iron&Steel Group from 2020 to 2022;The comparison of the detection rates of hyperlipidemia between Valin Xiangtan Iron&Steel and Xiangtan Iron&Steel Group from 2020 to 2022 showed a statistically significant difference(P<0.01),showing an upward trend.Research has found that Smart Xiangtan Iron&Steel has a positive effect on reducing the incidence of hypertension and hyperglycemia among steel workers,but has no positive effect on reducing the incidence of hyperlipidemia.
