摘　　要：介绍了电子病案系统的概念、技术设计、挑战与对策、应用以及影响。电子病案系统是一种利用计算机技术来记录、存储和共享医疗信息的系统,它可以改善医疗质量、降低医疗成本、提高医疗效率和安全性。电子病案系统可以支持多学科团队的协作,提供基于证据的护理方案,实现患者和医生之间的双向沟通,促进护理过渡的顺利进行,避免药物错误等。电子病案系统还可以利用区块链技术和代理重加密技术来保证数据的安全性、正确性和可追溯性,实现数据的细粒度访问控制和安全共享。电子病案系统可以彻底改变对患者的照护方式,也是大数据分析的重要来源,可为公共卫生规划、医学研究、流行病学监测等提供有价值的见解。然而,电子病案系统仍然面临着一些挑战,如数据互操作性、工作流程适应性、文化变革等,需要制定相应的政策和标准,以充分发挥其潜力。The concept,technical design,challenges and countermeasures,applications and impacts of the electronic medical record system are introduced.An electronic medical record system is a system that uses computer technology to record,store and share medical information,which can improve the quality of medical care,reduce medical costs,and improve medical efficiency and safety.Electronic medical record systems can support multidisciplinary team collaboration,provide evidence-based care plans,enable two-way communication between patients and physicians,facilitate smooth care transitions,avoid medication errors,and more.The electronic medical record system can also use blockchain technology and proxy re-encryption technology to ensure the security,correctness and traceability of data,and realize fi ne-grained access control and secure sharing of data.Electronic medical record systems can revolutionize the way patients are cared for and are an important source of big data analytics,providing valuable insights for public health planning,medical research,epidemiological surveillance,and more.However,the electronic medical record system still faces some challenges,such as data interoperability,workflow adaptability,cultural change,etc.,and needs to develop corresponding policies and standards to reach its full potential.
