聚乙二醇干扰素α-2b联合艾米替诺福韦治疗HBeAg阳性慢性乙型肝炎的临床观察

摘　　要：探究聚乙二醇干扰素α-2b与艾米替诺福韦联合对HBeAg阳性慢性乙型肝炎患者治疗的临床效果。随机选取2020年1月—2022年7月期间于青海省第四人民医院接受治疗的118例HBeAg阳性慢性乙型肝炎患者为研究对象,利用电脑随机分组法将其分为两组,每组59例患者。对照组选择聚乙二醇干扰素α-2b联合恩替卡韦治疗,观察组实施聚乙二醇干扰素α-2b联合艾米替诺福韦治疗,以谷丙转氨酶(ALT)复常率、HBVDNA转阴率、HBeAg转阴率、HBeAg/HBeAb血清转换率、治疗前后肝功能为观察指标。研究发现,聚乙二醇干扰素α-2b与艾米替诺福韦联合对HBeAg阳性慢性乙型肝炎患者实施治疗的临床效果显著,利于改善患者肝功能,建议临床推广应用。Exploring polyethylene glycol interferonα-The clinical efficacy of the combination of 2b and amitripfovir in the treatment of HBeAg positive chronic hepatitis B patients.118 HBeAg positive chronic hepatitis B patients who received treatment at the Fourth People's Hospital of Qinghai Province from January 2020 to July 2022 were randomly selected as the research subjects.They were divided into two groups using computer random grouping method,with 59 patients in each group.Control group selected polyethylene glycol interferonα-2b combined with entecavir treatment,observation group implemented polyethylene glycol interferonα-2b combined with amitripfovir treatment,with the normalization rate of alanine aminotransferase(ALT),HBV DNA conversion rate,HBeAg conversion rate,HBeAg/HBeAb serum conversion rate,and liver function before and after treatment as observation indicators.Research has found that polyethylene glycol interferonα-The clinical effect of combining 2b with amitripfovir in the treatment of HBeAg positive chronic hepatitis B patients is significant,which is beneficial for improving liver function in patients.It is recommended to promote clinical application.
