大黄蟅虫汤加减治疗肾虚血瘀型排卵障碍性不孕症的效果研究

摘　　要：评价大黄蟅虫汤加减治疗肾虚血瘀型排卵障碍性不孕症的临床疗效。将60例肾虚血瘀型排卵障碍性不孕症患者随机分为两组,治疗组30例,选择大黄蟅虫汤加减与人绒毛膜促性腺激素(human chorionic gonadotrophin,HCG)联合治疗,对照组30例,单独使用HCG治疗,连续用药3个月经周期,观察患者子宫内膜容受性、卵巢血供、妊娠率及胚胎丢失率的变化。研究发现,大黄蟅虫汤加减联合HCG治疗排卵障碍性不孕症的临床效果显著,且具有良好的安全性。Evaluate the clinical efficacy of modified Dahuang Zhechong Tang in the treatment of ovulation dysfunction infertility of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type.Sixty patients with ovulatory dysfunction infertility of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group consisted of 30 patients,who were treated with modified Dahuang Zhechong Tang and human chorionic gonadotropin(HCG)in combination.The control group consisted of 30 patients,who were treated with HCG alone and continuously treated for three menstrual cycles.The changes in endometrial receptivity,ovarian blood supply,pregnancy rate,and embryo loss rate were observed.Research has found that the combination of modified Dahuang Zhechong Tang and HCG has a significant clinical effect on the treatment of ovulatory dysfunction infertility,and has good safety.
