神经外科手术术前患者皮肤准备方法研究

摘　　要：探究有效的神经外科手术术前患者皮肤准备方法。选择2021年3月—2022年3月期间在贵州医科大学附属医院神经外科就诊患者86例作为研究对象,利用随机数字表法将研究对象分为对照组(43例)和研究组(43例)。对照组采用常规皮肤准备方法,研究组采用优化皮肤准备方法。比较两组患者的头皮损伤程度、伤口细菌检出率及患者满意度指标。结果表明:研究组头皮损伤程度较对照组更轻(P<0.05);研究组患者伤口细菌检出率低于对照组且疼痛感、瘙痒感、不适感评分低于对照组,满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,在神经外科手术术前患者的护理工作中采用优化皮肤准备方法,能减轻其头皮的损伤程度及不适感,减少伤口细菌的数量,更好地提升患者的满意程度,值得推广应用。Explore effective preoperative skin preparation methods for neurosurgical patients.86 patients who visited the Department of Neurosurgery at the Affiliated Hospital of Guizhou Medical University from March 2021 to March 2022 were selected as the study subjects.Using a random number table method,the study subjects were divided into a control group(43 cases)and a study group(43 cases).The control group used conventional skin preparation methods,while the study group used optimized skin preparation methods.Compare the degree of scalp injury,detection rate of wound bacteria,and patient satisfaction indicators between two groups of patients.The results showed that the degree of scalp injury in the study group was milder than that in the control group(P<0.05);The detection rate of wound bacteria in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the scores of pain,itching,and discomfort were lower than those in the control group.The satisfaction level was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Research has found that using optimized skin preparation methods in the care of neurosurgical patients before surgery can reduce the degree of scalp injury and discomfort,reduce the number of wound bacteria,and better improve patient satisfaction.It is worth promoting and applying.
