摘　　要：研究手术室体位护理对手术室高危患者压疮形成的影响。选择2021年11月—2022年11月收治的42例手术室高危患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为研究组、参照组,每组各21例。其中参照组实施常规护理干预,研究组实施手术室体位护理干预,分析两组患者术后压疮发生率、术后不同时间段疼痛情况、舒适度及护理质量。研究发现,临床上针对手术室高危患者给予手术室体位护理,可缓解患者的痛苦,提升患者的舒适度,降低压疮发生率,值得应用和推广。Study the effect of operating room posture nursing on the formation of pressure ulcers in high-risk patients in the operating room.42 high-risk patients admitted to the operating room from November 2021 to November 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into a study group and a reference group using a random number table method,with 21 patients in each group.The reference group received routine nursing intervention,while the study group received surgical room position nursing intervention.The incidence of postoperative pressure ulcers,pain at different time periods after surgery,comfort,and nursing quality were analyzed in both groups of patients.Research has found that providing surgical position care for high-risk patients in the operating room can alleviate their pain,improve their comfort,and reduce the incidence of pressure ulcers in clinical practice.It is worth applying and promoting.
