产程中改变产妇体位对矫正胎方位异常的效果研究

摘　　要：观察产程中改变产妇体位对矫正胎方位异常的效果。随机抽取盘州市人民医院2021年4月—2022年4月收治的250例胎儿为枕后位的产妇为研究对象,将产妇分为两组,分别为参照组(125例,不进行产妇卧姿指导)、试验组(125例,产程过程中取对侧卧位),对比两组产妇分娩情况。结果显示,试验组顺产率高于参照组,剖宫产率、胎吸产钳助产率低于参照组(P<0.05);试验组异常胎方位矫正成功率高于参照组(P<0.05);试验组产后出血率、新生儿窒息率均低于参照组(P<0.05);试验组第一产程平均时间、第二产程平均时间均短于参照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,产程中变更产妇体位,可及时矫正胎方位,产妇能够顺利地分娩,并且痛苦减轻,可以降低产妇产后出血以及新生儿窒息情况的发生率,值得普及和应用。Observing the effect of changing the mother’s position during labor on correcting abnormal fetal orientation.A total of 250 fetuses admitted to Panzhou People’s Hospital from April 2021 to April 2022 were randomly selected as the study subjects.The parturients were divided into two groups:the reference group(125 cases,without guidance on lying position)and the experimental group(125 cases,with contralateral position taken during labor).The delivery situation of the two groups of parturients was compared.The results showed that the experimental group had a higher vaginal delivery rate than the control group,while the cesarean section rate and fetal suction forceps assisted delivery rate were lower than the control group(P<0.05);The success rate of correcting abnormal fetal orientation in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);The postpartum hemorrhage rate and neonatal asphyxia rate in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);The average time of the first and second stages of labor in the experimental group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).Research has found that changing the position of the parturient during labor can timely correct the fetal position,facilitate smooth delivery,alleviate pain,and reduce the incidence of postpartum hemorrhage and neonatal asphyxia.It is worth promoting and applying.
