摘 要:以2号小粒黑为点火药,单基2/1火药为主装药制作的单/双药盒燃气发生器为研究对象,采用密闭爆发器压力验测试方法,在不清理之前试验燃烧产物的情况下进行2轮各10余次的燃气发生器点火试验,采用数理统计及线性回归方法分析研究输出峰值压力和到达峰值压力时间。,结果表明:燃烧产物中火药残留物及水蒸气吸收燃气压力,而且吸收压力程度随试验次数呈线性增加。作者最后提出了一种密闭爆发器清理计算方法,可有效排除燃烧产物对压力测试的影响,获得较为准确输出峰值压力。The single/double cartridge gas generator made of No.2 small particle black as the ignition powder and single base 2/1 propellant as the main charge was taken as the research object,and the closed bomb pressure test method was used to carry out two rounds of more than 10 times of gas generator ignition tests with the closed bomb without cleaning the combustion products before test,to study the changes in the output peak pressure and the time to reach the peak pressure.Through mathematical statistics and linear regression analysis,the results show that the propellant residues and water vapor in the combustion products absorb the gas pressure,and the degree of absorption pressure increases linearly with the number of tests.Finally,a method for cleaning sealed explorers is proposed,which can effectively eliminate the impact of combustion products on pressure testing and obtain more accurate output peak pressure.
