摘 要:为实现火炮回转平面调平,提出了在水平方向旋转180°的方法。通过炮身上的纵向水平台,依次测量火炮水平旋转角相差90°的4个位置的炮身仰角。以水平旋转角相差180°时的炮身仰角值的和、差为判断依据,调整相应的支撑千斤顶使火炮回转平面水平。采用蒙特卡洛方法模拟的结果表明:在检测现场条件下,调平误差小于1′。模拟结果说明了新方法的可行性,为火炮回转平面调平的现场实施和国家军用标准修订提供了依据。To realize the leveling of the artillery slewing plane,a method of rotating 180°in the horizontal direction was proposed.Firstly,through the longitudinal horizontal platform on the gun body,the gun firing angles at four positions with 90°difference in horizontal rotation angle of the gun were measured in turn.Secondly,the additive and subtractive values of the measured gun body firing angle when the rotation angle difference is 180°were calculated.Finally,based on the additive values and subtractive values,the artillery slewing plane was leveling by adjusting the corresponding support jacks.The simulation results come from Monte Carlo method show that:when the leveling conditions that can be realized on site,the leveling error obtained by this method is less than 1′.The simulation results show the feasibility of the new method,and provide the basis for the field implementation of artillery slewing plane leveling and the revision of national military standards.
