美军“统一陆上作战”与“多域作战”作战概念与条令研究分析

摘　　要：2009年,美陆军训练与条令司令部开始推动“塑造2020年陆军愿景”军事现代化转型,提出了“统一陆上作战”概念,强调各种军事行动、政府与非政府组织支援行动等同步,达成塑造作战环境、预防冲突、巩固战果以及赢得国家战争的目的。为应对新的战略挑战,美陆军2014年开始执行“2025年及未来陆军部队”计划,提出“多域作战”概念。与“统一陆上作战”相比,更加强调在地面、海上、空中、太空及网络信息及电磁频谱等多个领域空间同步运用多种作战力量。“多域作战”概念已纳入2017年10月颁布的FM 3-0《作战》野战手册,不仅为指挥决策、作战行动、军事训练提供基本法规约束,同时为军队建设、装备采购、技术发展提供规划依据。In 2009,the US Army Training and Doctrine Command initiated the“Shaping the Army Vision 2020”program to modernize its military capabilities.As part of this effort,the concept of“Unified Land Operations”was introduced and incorporated into the ADP3-0 and ADRP3-0“Operations”directives.In response to emerging strategic challenges,the US Army launched the“2025 and Beyond Army Modernization Strategy”in 2014,which introduced the concept of“Multi-Domain Operations”and was included in the Field Manual FM-3-0“Operations”issued in October 2017.This research paper analyzes and compares the content,definitions,and development trajectories of these two concepts within the framework of existing US military directives.The findings aim to provide valuable insights for the innovation of operational concepts and tactical research in our own military.Analysis of US.
