摘  要:基于随机抽样的特征,提出了运用蒙特卡洛模拟计数抽样的方法。在分析计数抽样过程及特征的基础上,构建了利用蒙特卡洛模拟计数抽样的方法,明确了该方法的一般流程;将蒙特卡洛方法模拟与公式计算方法计算的OC曲线进行对比,二者结果较为吻合,验证了蒙特卡洛方法模拟计数抽样的有效性;针对实例,利用蒙特卡洛方法模拟了不同的“零接收”抽样方案(c=0),讨论抽取样本量、不合格品率和接收概率之间的关系,对比了不同抽样方案之间的优劣,研究成果可为计数抽样方案的设计工作提供简洁有效的方法。In response to the problems of rough alternative solutions provided by relevant standards and complex traditional formula calculation methods in the case of large equipment batches,a Monte Carlo simulation counting sampling method is proposed based on the characteristics of random sampling.On the basis of analyzing the process and characteristics of attribute sampling,a Monte Carlo simulation method for attribute sampling was constructed,and the general process of this method was clarified.Comparing the OC curves simulated by Monte Carlo method with those calculated by formula calculation method,it was found that the results of the two methods were in good agreement,verifying the effectiveness of Monte Carlo method in simulating count sampling.For the example,Monte Carlo method was used to simulate different“zero acceptance”sampling plans(c=0),and the relationship between sample size,non-conforming product rate,and acceptance probability was discussed.The advantages and disadvantages of different sampling plans were compared,providing a simple and effective method support for the design of count sampling plans.
