摘  要:以2xxx系铝合金材料试件为研究对象,对其圆孔翻边成形过程,开展不同工艺参数条件下的正交实验,结合试验所得实验结果与通过数值模拟分析验证得到其最优工艺参数。研究结果表明:在机械加工冲压方法下,相同工艺参数中多道次冲压能提高2xxx系铝合金的成形能力,降低材料损伤。预制孔Φ60试件,其最优工艺参数为预开孔42 mm,保压时长为120 s,冲压温度185℃。圆孔翻边的翻孔孔径与成形高度与受预开孔影响最大,预开孔越大成形高度越低,翻孔孔径越接近理论孔径。工艺圆角只与温度有关,且对于2xxx系铝合金试件的工艺圆角会随温度的升高而升高,在230℃后趋于平稳。成形孔壁面减薄受预开孔大小的影响,预开孔越小,其成形极限越大,壁面的减薄量越大。The 2xxx series aluminium alloy specimen is used as the research object,and orthogonal experiments with different process parameters are carried out for its round hole flanging forming process,and the optimal process parameters are verified by numerical simulation analysis.The results of the study show that,under the mechanical processing stamping method,multiple stamping passes with the same process parameters can improve the forming ability and reduce the material damage of the 2xxx series aluminium alloy.The optimum process parameters for the preformed holeΦ60 specimen were 42 mm preformed hole,120 s holding time and 185℃stamping temperature.The hole diameter and forming height of the round hole flap are most influenced by the pre-opening hole,the larger the pre-opening hole the lower the forming height and the closer the hole diameter is to the theoretical hole diameter.The process angle is only related to the temperature,and for 2xxx aluminium alloy specimens the process angle will increase with the temperature,and after 230℃it tends to be stable.The wall thinning of the formed hole is influenced by the size of the pre-opening,the smaller the pre-opening,the greater the forming limit and the greater the wall thinning.
