摘 要:电机支架作为空调室外机风机的承力零件,设计时需要考虑其强度和刚度。在空调外机开发过程中,针对电机支架设计了五种方案,利用ANSYS软件研究了电机支架支撑柱和电机安装结构不同设计方案对电机支架强度的影响。研究结果表明,电机支架支撑柱采用直形结构的刚度和抗踩踏能力要优于弓形结构,电机安装结构采用凸包形式在抗扭、抗踩和抗弯能力上要优于其它结构。The motor bracket,as a load-bearing component of the outdoor air conditioning fan,needs to be designed considering its strength and stiffness.In the development process of the air conditioning external unit,five schemes were designed for the motor bracket,and the influence of different design schemes of the motor bracket support column and motor installation structure on the strength of the motor bracket was studied using ANSYS software.The research results indicate that the stiffness and anti stepping ability of the motor bracket support column using a straight structure are better than that of the arch structure,and the motor installation structure using a convex hull has better anti torsion,anti stepping,and anti bending abilities than other structures.
