摘　　要：介绍贾玫教授从三焦论治肿瘤相关抑郁的经验。肿瘤相关抑郁发病率较高,病机复杂、躯体症状严重,严重影响肿瘤患者病情转归及生活质量。贾玫教授认为“三焦气化不利”是该病发病的基本病机,主要包含因瘀致郁、因虚致郁;提出治疗肿瘤相关抑郁以“调理三焦,燮理阴阳”为基本治则,宣发上焦、调衡中焦、温煦下焦为具体治法,通补结合、病证合参;善用经方,加减化裁,屡获佳效。This paper summarizes professor JIA Mei's experience in treating cancer-related depression based on theory of Sanjiao(triple energizer).With high incidence,complex pathogenesis and severe physical symptoms,the cancer-related depres-sion seriously affects the prognosis and living quality of cancer patients.Professor JIA Mei considers the“Qi transformation disor-der of Sanjiao(triple energizer)”as the basic pathogenesis of this disease which is mainly caused by blood stasis and deficiency of Qi,blood,essence and body fluids.She put forwards that the basic principle of treatment of cancer-related depression is“reg-ulating Sanjiao and using Ying-Yang harmonizing therapy”.The specific therapy includes disseminating Qi of the upper Jiao,balancing Qi of the middle Jiao and warming the function of Qi of the lower Jiao.It is suggested that dispersing Qi should synchro-nize with its replenishment and the differentiation of syndromes should be taken into account in treatment.This prescription can greatly relieve the symptoms of cancer patients when it is flexibly used in treatment which means that herbs are added or subtrac-ted according to different symptoms.
