摘　　要：“热毒”概念属于“热邪”“毒邪”两大病因范畴,是中医病因、病机学重要组成部分。古今文献研究证明,“热毒”与糖尿病发生、发展有着密切联系,“热毒”学说是认识糖尿病病机的重要中医假说。该文整理相关文献,立足“热毒”学说体系,梳理“热毒”与糖尿病的联系脉络,为从“热毒”角度阐释糖尿病提供理论依据。从“热毒”辨治糖尿病,既符合中医疾病病因病机规律,也丰富了中医理论体系,开拓了临床诊疗思路。The concept of“heat toxin(Redu)”belongs to the category of“heat evil(Red)”and“toxin evil(Duxie)”,which is an important part of the etiology and pathogenesis of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).Ancient and modern literature studies have proved that“heat evil(Rexie)”is closely related to the occurrence and development of diabetes,and the theory of“heat evil(Rexie)”is an important hypothesis of TCM to understand the pathogenesis of diabetes.This paper sorted out the relevant litera-ture,based on the theory system of“heat evil(Rexie)”,sorted out the connection between“heat evil(Rexie)”and diabetes,and provided theoretical basis for explaining diabetes from the perspective of“heat evil(Rexie)”.The syndrome differentiation and treatment of diabetes from“heat evil(Rexie)”not only conforms to the law of etiology and pathogenesis of diseases in TCM,but also enriches the theoretical system of traditional Chinese medicine and expands the thinking of clinical diagnosis and treatment.
