自拟骨伤复元汤对下肢骨折患者局部微循环及骨愈合的影响  

Effect of Self-made Gushan Fuyuan Decoction(自拟骨伤复元汤)on Local Microcirculation and Bone Union in Patients with Lower Limb Fracture

摘　　要：目的探讨自拟骨伤复元汤联合常规康复治疗下肢骨折患者的效果。方法选取2020年2月—2021年12月该院收治的110例下肢骨折患者,随机分为观察组(55例)和对照组(55例),对照组进行常规康复治疗,观察组在其基础上予以自拟骨伤复元汤进行治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后症状评分、凝血指标、局部微循环以及骨愈合状况。结果观察组治疗后疼痛、肿胀、瘀斑症状评分较对照组更低(P<0.05);观察组治疗后PT、TT、APTT较对照组更高(P<0.05),FIB较对照组更低(P<0.05);观察组治疗后流态积分、管襻积分、襻周积分较对照组更低(P<0.05),襻顶血管直径较对照组更大(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗后骨愈合状况显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论自拟骨伤复元汤联合常规康复治疗以利于缓解下肢骨折患者术后相关症状,增强凝血功能,促进局部微循环及骨愈合。Objective To investigate the effect of Self-made Gushan Fuyuan Decoction(自拟骨伤复元汤)combined with conventional rehabilitation therapy on postoperative pain,local microcirculation and bone healing in patients with lower extremity fractures.Methods A total of 110 patients with lower extremity fractures admitted to the hospital from February 2020 to December 2021 were selected and randomly divided into an observation group(55 cases)and a control group(55 cases).The control group was given routine rehabilitation therapy,and the observation group was given self-made Gushang Fuyuan Decoction on the basis of it.The symptom scores,coagulation indexes,local microcirculation and bone healing status were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results The symptom scores of pain,swelling and ecchymosis in the observation group after treatment were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The values of prothrombin time(PT),thrombin time(TT)and activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT)in the observation group after treatment were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the value of fibrinogen(FIB)was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the fluid state score,tube loop score and loop circuit score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the diameter of the loop top blood vessels was larger than that in the control group(P<0.05).The bone healing after treatment in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Self-made Gushang Fuyuan Decoction combined with conventional rehabilitation therapy is beneficial to relieve postoperative symptoms,enhance blood coagu-lation function,and promote local microcirculation and bone healing in patients with lower extremity fractures.
