益气通脉汤联合常规西药治疗H型高血压病患者的疗效及对血清Hcy、AngⅡ水平的影响

摘　　要：目的探究益气通脉汤联合常规西药治疗H型高血压病患者的疗效及对血清Hcy、AngⅡ水平的影响。方法选取2019年6月—2020年6月于该院心血管内科就诊的H型高血压病患者81例为研究对象,随机分为观察组40例和对照组41例,对照组给予常规西药治疗,观察组给予益气通脉汤+西药治疗。比较两组治疗后临床疗效及不良反应,治疗前后中医证候积分、血压水平、肾素活性(PRA)、血管紧张素Ⅱ(AngⅡ)、醛固酮(ALD)、血浆血同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、内皮素-1(ET-1)、一氧化氮(NO)水平。结果治疗后,观察组总有效率(92.50%,37/40)大于对照组(75.61%,31/41),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组头晕目眩、头空痛、倦怠懒言、乏力自汗各项中医症状积分均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组SBP、DBP水平均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组PRA、AngⅡ、ALD水平均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组Hcy、ET-1水平均低于对照组,NO水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论益气通脉汤联合常规西药可改善H型高血压病患者中医临床症状,降低患者血压,减少血管表皮损伤。Objective To explore the curative effect of Yiqi Tongmai Decoction(益气通脉汤)combined with routine western medicine on H-type hypertension and its influences on levels of serum homocysteine(Hcy)and angiotensinⅡ(AngⅡ).Meth-ods A total of 81 patients with H-type hypertension admitted to cardiovascular department of the hospital were enrolled and ran-domly divided into observation group(40 cases)and control group(41 cases)between June 2019 and June 2020.The control group was treated with routine western medicine,while the observation group was additionally given Yiqi Tongmai Decoction.The clinical curative effect and adverse reactions after treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes,the levels of blood pressure,plasma re-nin activity(PRA),AngⅡ,aldosterone(ALD),plasma Hcy,endothelin-1(ET-1)and nitric oxide(NO)before and after treat-ment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total response rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group[92.50%(37/40)vs 75.61%(31/41),P<0.05].After treatment,the scores of TCM symptoms(dizziness,headache,burnout and laziness to speak,spontaneous sweating)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),the levels of systolic blood pressure(SBP)and diastolic blood pressure(DBP)were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the levels of PRA,AngⅡand ALD were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).The lev-els of Hcy and ET-1 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,while NO was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Yiqi Tongmai Decoction combined with routine western medicine can improve the clinical symptoms,lower the blood pressure and reduce the vascular epidermis damage in patients with H-type hypertension.
