摘　　要：旋覆花属植物种类较多,市场来源广泛,加之药用历史悠久,其别名较多,易造成药材混淆。历代文献对于旋覆花的记载和论述较为丰富,历代医家用其降逆之性较多,而疏于其升散作用。该文通过查阅历代医籍及现代文献,从旋覆花别名及药用部位、性味归经、本草功用、方剂学应用、煎煮方法、药理作用等方面进行阐述,以期对旋覆花进一步深入研究提供理论参考,挖掘其内在潜力,丰富临床用药依据。It is easy to cause confusion of medicinal materials because of its variety,wide market sources and long medicinal history.There are abundant records and discussions about Xuanfuhua(Inulae Flos)in the past dynasties,and the doctors in the past dynasties used it more to reduce the adverse effect,but neglected its function of lifting and dispersing.This article elaborates on the alias and medicinal parts,nature,taste,meridian tropism,herbal functions,prescription application,decoction methods,pharmacological effects and other aspects of Xuanfuhua(Inulae Flos)by consulting medical books and modern literature from va-rious dynasties,in order to provide theoretical reference for the further study of Xuanfuhua(Inulae Flos)and explore its internal potential and enrich the basis for clinical medication.
