中医外治法在白癜风治疗中的应用

摘　　要：白癜风是一种常见的色素脱失性皮肤病。该病病程长,易诊难治,影响美观,常常给患者带来严重的悲观情绪和心理负担,因此寻求安全有效的治疗方法十分必要。中医外治法源远流长,具有疗效佳、安全性高、不良反应小等优点,在白癜风的临床治疗中有着独特的优势,故该文将近几年中医外治法在白癜风临床中的应用进行综述,以期为白癜风的治疗提供借鉴。Vitiligo is a common depigmentation skin disease.The disease has a long course and easy diagnosis and is difficult to treat,affecting the appearance.It often brings serious pessimism and psychological burden to patients,so it is necessary to seek safe and effective treatment.External treatment of traditional Chinese medicine has a long history,with advantages of good effica-cy,high safety and small side effects,and has unique advantages in the clinical treatment of vitiligo.Therefore,this paper reviewed the application of external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine in the clinical treatment of vitiligo in recent years,in order to provide reference for the treatment of vitiligo.
