栀子苷调控阿尔茨海默病β-淀粉样蛋白的研究进展

摘　　要：阿尔茨海默病是一种隐匿性神经退化性疾病,其主要病理表现之一是β-淀粉样蛋白的异常沉积。β-淀粉样蛋白在大脑中蓄积可使线粒体氧化应激水平升高,活化小胶质细胞产生炎症因子,导致神经炎症的发生。栀子苷作为中药栀子的主要活性成分,具有多靶点治疗的优势,越来越多的研究提示栀子苷可能是阿尔茨海默病的新治疗剂。该文通过查阅近年来相关文献,从栀子苷调节小胶质细胞活化水平、线粒体氧化应激水平、细胞自噬水平、胰岛素信号转导和细胞凋亡等方面对β-淀粉样蛋白调控作用进行综述。Alzheimer's disease is an insidious neurodegenerative disease.One of the main pathological manifestations is the deposition ofβ-amyloid protein.The accumulation ofβ-amyloid protein in the brain not only can increase the mitochondrial ox-idative stress levels,but also can activate the microglia to produce inflammatory factors,leading to neuroinflammation.As the main active ingredient of gardenia jasminoides,gardenoside has the advantage of multi-target therapy.More and more studies suggest that geniposide may be a new therapeutic agent for Alzheimer's disease.In this paper,it reviewed the regulation ofβ-amyloid protein by geniposide on microglia activation,mitochondrial oxidative stress,autophagy,insulin signal transduction and apoptosis.
