基于文献系统评价的肺气郁滞证诊断条目研究

摘　　要：目的探讨肺气郁滞证的诊断条目,为临床诊断提供指导。方法通过检索肺气郁滞证相关文献及标准、书籍等,建立数据库,运用频数分析、因子分析、聚类分析、网络关联分析得出诊断条目。结果纳入文献38篇,专著13篇。通过分析得出肺气郁滞证的诊断条目为主症为咳嗽、胸胁胀闷、气短、喘息上气、症状因情绪诱发或加重;次症为情志抑郁或急躁易怒、太息、咽有梗阻感、咽干、口苦、少痰、腹部胀痛、心悸、失眠;舌象为舌淡红、舌红、苔薄白;脉象为脉弦。结论通过文献系统评价方法得出了肺气郁滞证初步诊断条目,结果具有专业性、科学性,能否作为肺气郁滞证的辨证指标,待临床方法进一步验证。Objective To explore the diagnostic items of lung Qi stagnation syndrome and provide guidance for clinical diagnosis.Methods By searching the relevant literature,standards and books of lung Qi stagnation syndrome,the database was established,and the diagnostic items were obtained by frequency analysis,factor analysis,cluster analysis and network correlation analysis.Results A total of 38 literatures and 13 monographs were included.The diagnostic items of lung Qi stagnation syndrome were as follows:the main symptoms were cough,chest and flank swelling,shortness of breath,wheezing,and the symptoms were induced or aggravated by emotional factors.The secondary symptoms were emotional depression or irritability,excessive breathing,pharyngeal obstruction,dry pharynx,bitter mouth,less phlegm,abdominal pain,palpitation and insomnia.The tongue was light red,red and thin white.The pulse manifestation is string-like pulse.Conclusion Through the literature systematic evaluation method,the preliminary diagnostic items of lung Qi stagnation syndrome are obtained.The results are professional and scientific.Whether it can be used as the syndrome differentiation index of lung Qi stagnation syndrome needs to be further verified by clinical methods.
