摘　　要：目的通过数据挖掘技术探讨张景岳在《景岳全书·妇人规》中治疗妇人癥瘕所用方药规律及特点。方法收集、整理《景岳全书·妇人规》中治疗癥瘕所用方剂,统计药物的四气、五味以及归经和功效分类,对高频药物(频次≥5次)进行聚类分析及关联规则分析。结果筛选出符合纳入标准的方剂70首,共涉及102味中药,中药的使用总频次为438次。高频使用的药物有26味,排名前3位分别为甘草(33次)、当归(27次)、人参(22次),用药种类以补气药、补血药、理气药为主。中药药性以温为主,味多甘、辛、苦,主归脾、肺、肾、胃、肝、心经。高频药物聚类分析得到4类处方,关联规则分析得到7条药对及药组关联规则。结论张景岳治疗癥瘕,喜扶正补虚,顾护正气,而又以活血为要,调气为先,用药以甘辛温为主,重视五脏,以脾胃为要。Objective To explore the patterns and characteristics of prescriptions used in the treatment of abdominal mass in women by ZHANG Jingyue in Furengui through data mining techniques.Methods The prescriptions used for the treatment of obstruction in Furengui were collected and collated,and the four Qi and five tastes as well as meridian tropism and efficacy classification of the drugs were counted,and the high frequency drugs(frequency≥5 times)were subjected to cluster analysis and association rule analysis.Results Seventy prescriptions meeting the inclusion criteria were screened,involving a total of 102 Chinese herbs,and the total frequency of use was 438 times.The top 3 medicines were Gancao(Glycyrrhiza Radix Et Rhizoma)(33 times),Danggui(Angelicae Sinensis Radix)(27 times)and Renshen(Ginseng Radix Et Rhizoma)(22 times),with the main types of medicines used being Qi tonics,blood tonics and Qi regulators.Traditional Chinese medicines are mainly warm in nature,and sweet,pungent and bitter in taste,and mainly belong to the spleen,lung,kidney,stomach,liver and heart meridians.High-frequency drug clustering analysis yielded four classes of prescriptions,and association rule analysis yielded seven drug pairs and drug group association rules.Conclusion When treating the abdominal mass,ZHANG Jingyue prefers to support the healthy Qi and nourish the deficiencies,and protect the healthy Qi,while invigorating blood and regulating Qi methods are the first priority.
