摘　　要：心肾综合征是心脏或肾脏疾病引发的其中一个器官急/慢性功能障碍,从而诱发另一个器官的急/慢性功能障碍的临床综合征。王教授认为其核心病机责之于心肾阳虚,痰饮水瘀所致,在“心肾同属少阴,热气治之”的中医理论基础上运用温阳益气、活血利水法辨证施治,临床疗效显著。附验案一则加以佐证。Cardiorenal syndrome is a clinical syndrome in which acute/chronic dysfunction of one organ caused by heart or kidney disease induces acute/chronic dysfunction of the other.Professor WANG Chen believes that its core pathogenesis is due to deficiency of Yang in the heart and kidney,which is caused by phlegm and water stasis.Based on the TCM theory of“both heart and kidney belong to Shaoyin meridians,treatment with Yang-warming and Qi-tonifying”and syndrome differentiation,he uses the method of warming Yang and tonifying Qi,promoting blood circulation and invigorating water to treat CRS.A case is attached to support it.
