摘　　要：随着社会经济的发展溃疡性结肠炎(ulcerative colitis,UC)的患病率逐年增加,且病程缠绵,反复率高,严重影响患者的生活质量,属于临床疑难病。其发病机理尚未完全阐明,现代医学认为脑肠轴在UC发病中起重要作用,而中医学认为情志内伤为UC发生的一大致病因素。该文通过论述中医学脑肠相关理论,将情志与脑肠轴联系起来,探讨中医情志通过调节脑肠轴的功能活动诱导溃疡性结肠炎的发病机制。With the development of social economy,the prevalence rate of ulcerative colitis(UC)is increasing year by year.The course of UC is lingering and the recurrence rate is high,seriously affecting the quality of life of patients and it is a clinical difficult disease.The pathogenesis of UC has not been fully elucidated.Modern medicine believes that brain-gut axis plays an important role in the pathogenesis of UC,while traditional Chinese medicine believes that emotional internal injury is a major pathogenic factor of UC.In this paper,by discussing the theory of brain-gut in traditional Chinese medicine,emotion is linked with brain-gut axis and the pathogenesis of ulcerative colitis induced by emotion in traditional Chinese medicine through regulating the function of brain-gut axis was discussed.
