660例冠心病合并不同风险事件患者脉图时域参数分析

摘　　要：目的研究冠心病合并不同风险事件患者脉图参数特征。方法采用上海中医药大学研制的ZBOX-1型中医脉象数字化分析仪,采集并分析冠心病合并不同风险事件患者的脉象特征参数。结果冠心病组及其合并风险组的W/T值显著高于正常组(P<0.05);冠心病合并心衰组H3/H1、W/T显著高于其他各组(P<0.05),H5/H1显著低于其他各组(P<0.05),且T1/T、T1较大,显著高于其他各组(P<0.05);冠心病合并脑梗患者H4/H1值显著高于正常对照组、无合并症组及合并心衰组(P<0.05)。结论冠心病合并不同风险事件患者脉图参数能反映其动脉粥样硬化、外周阻力变化的特点;冠心病风险事件发生发展过程中,脉图参数呈现相应变化特点。中医脉图参数可为冠心病风险事件发生的预警和防治提供参考。Objective To study the characteristics of pulse parameters in patients with coronary heart disease complicated with different risk events.Methods The pulse characteristic parameters of patients with coronary heart disease complicated with different risk events were collected and analyzed by ZBOX-1 traditional Chinese medicine pulse digital analyzer developed by Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Results The W/T value of coronary heart disease group and its combined risk group was significantly higher than that of normal group(P<0.05).In coronary heart disease complicated with heart failure group,the values of H3/H1 and W/T were significantly higher than those in other groups(P<0.05),the value of H5/H1 was significantly lower than those in other groups(P<0.05),and the values of T1/T and T1 were higher than those in other groups(P<0.05).The value of H4/H1 in patients with coronary heart disease complicated with cerebral infarction was significantly higher than that in normal control group,non complication group and heart failure group(P<0.05).Conclusion The pulse parameters of patients with coronary heart disease complicated with different risk events can reflect the characteristics of atherosclerosis and peripheral resistance.During the occurrence and development of coronary heart disease risk events,pulse diagnostic parameters show corresponding changes.TCM pulse diagnostic parameters can provide reference for early warning,prevention and treatment of coronary heart disease risk events.
