自制清热化腐生肌膏治疗创伤性软组织溃疡的临床研究

摘　　要：目的旨在探讨清热化腐生肌膏对创伤性软组织溃疡创面修复的影响。方法选取符合入组条件的创伤性皮肤软组织溃疡患者169例为研究对象,采用随机抽样的方法分为治疗组87例,对照组82例,两组患者溃疡面均隔日清创并换药1次,治疗组患者在清创换药完成后在溃疡面涂抹清热化腐生肌膏,对照组患者不涂抹清热化腐生肌膏,对比观察两组患者治疗开始前,治疗后3 d、10 d、17 d时血清降钙素原(procalcitonin,PCT)、血清白细胞介素-6(interleukin-6,IL-6)以及不同时间创面愈合率三项指标。结果治疗组患者的PCT、IL-6以及创面愈合率明显有别于相同观察时段内的对照组患者,组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论自制清热化腐生肌膏能够减轻创伤性皮肤软组织溃疡患者的炎性反应,缩短临床治疗时间,有效促进创面愈合。Objective To investigate the effect of Self-made Huafu Shengji Ointment(化腐生肌膏)on the repair of traumatic skin and soft tissue ulcers.Methods A total of 169 patients with traumatic skin and soft tissue ulcers were selected as subjects.According to the random sampling method,87 cases were treated in the treatment group and 82 cases in the control group.In the two groups,the ulcer surface was debrided and changed once every other day.The patients in the treatment group were treated with Self-made Huafu Shengji Ointment on the ulcer surface after the debridement and dressing change while the control group did not.Then the levels of serum procalcitonin(PCT),serum interleukin-6(IL-6)and wound healing rate at different time points before and after treatment in the two groups were observed and compared.Results The result showed that the levels of PCT and IL-6 and wound healing rates of the treatment group were significantly different from those of the control group within the same observation period.The difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Self-made Huafu Shengji Ointment can alleviate the inflammatory reaction of patients with traumatic skin and soft tissue ulcer,shorten the clinical treatment time and effectively promote wound healing.
