复方苦参注射液联合VRD治疗多发性骨髓瘤临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨复方苦参注射液联合硼替佐米+来那度胺+地塞米松(VRD)治疗多发性骨髓瘤的临床疗效和安全性。方法将80例多发性骨髓瘤患者随机分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组采用VRD治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用复方苦参注射液,21 d为1个疗程,治疗3个疗程,记录两组患者临床疗效、不良反应情况、M蛋白含量、β2-微球蛋白含量、卡氏(KPS)评分及数字疼痛评分表(NRS)评分。结果观察组治疗有效率明显高于对照组,差异无统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组M蛋白含量、β2-微球蛋白含量与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组NRS评分和KPS评分明显优于对照组,差异无统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组胃肠道反应低于对照组(P<0.05),其他不良反应无明显区别。结论多发性骨髓瘤患者应用VRD方案治疗时联合复方苦参注射液具有较好的临床疗效和安全性,对抑制肿瘤有较好的效果。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Compound Kushen Injection(复方苦参注射液)combined with bortezomib+lenalidomide+dexamethasone(VRD)in the treatment of multiple myeloma.Methods Eighty patients with multiple myeloma were randomly divided into control group and observation group,40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with VRD,and the observation group was treated by Compound Kushen Injection combined with VRD.The clinical efficacy,adverse reactions,M protein content,β2-microglobulin content,Karnofsky Performance Status(KPS)score and numerical rating scale(NRS)score of patients in both groups were recorded.Results The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group with statistical difference(P<0.05).The contents of M protein andβ2-microglobulin in the observation group were not significantly different from those in the control group(P>0.05).The NRS score and KPS score of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group with statistical difference(P<0.05).The gastrointestinal reaction in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in other adverse reactions.Conclusion The treatment combined with Compound Kushen Injection of multiple myeloma patients with VRD has good clinical efficacy and safety,and has a good effect on tumor inhibition.
