摘  要:目的探讨甲钴胺联合依帕司他治疗糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)的效果。方法将78例DPN患者随机分为两组。对照组应用甲钴胺治疗,观察组则在对照组基础上采用依帕司他治疗。比较两组患者的疗效、神经传导速度与不良反应发生率。结果观察组总有效率为97.44%,高于对照组的82.05%(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组运动神经与感觉神经传导速度均高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组的不良反应发生率比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论甲钴胺联合依帕司他治疗DPN具有较好的效果,可提高神经传导速度,加速患者病症改善,临床价值显著。Objective To explore the effect of mecobalamine combined with epalrestat in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN).Methods 78 DPN patients were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with mecobalamine,and the observation group was treated with epalrestat on the basis of the control group.The efficacy,nerve conduction velocity and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.44%,higher than 82.05%of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the motor nerve and sensory nerve conduction velocity of the observation group were higher those of the observation group(P<0.05).No statistical difference was found in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Mecobalamine combined with epalastat has better effect in the treatment of DPN,can improve the nerve conduction velocity,and accelerate the improvement of the disease,and reduce the adverse events,with significant clinical value.
