摘　　要：目的探讨调气活血解郁汤对血瘀肝郁型脑卒中患者日常生活能力与近期预后的影响。方法选取2021年6月至2023年6月我院收治的90例血瘀肝郁型脑卒中患者,随机分为两组。对照组给予常规西医治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用自拟调气活血解郁汤治疗,比较两组中医证候积分、日常生活能力、近期预后及不良反应。结果治疗后,观察组中医证候积分低于对照组,日常生活能力评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。随访90 d,观察组mRS评分优于对照组,预后良好率高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论调气活血解郁汤可缓解血瘀肝郁型脑卒中患者的临床症状,改善其日常生活能力及预后,且安全性高。Objective To explore the imapct of Tiaoqi Huoxue Jieyu Decoction on the daily living ability and recent prognosis of patients with stroke of blood stasis liver depression type.Methods 90 patients with stroke of blood stasis liver depression type admitted to our hospital from June 2021 to June 2023 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with routine western medicine,while the observation group was treated with self-designed Tiaoqi Huoxue Jieyu Decoction on the basis of the control group.The TCM syndrome score,daily living ability,recent prognosis,and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the TCM syndrome score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the daily living ability score was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Following up for 90 days,and the mRS score of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the good prognosis rate was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).No statistical difference was found in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Tiaoqi Huoxue Jieyu Decoction can alleviate the clinical symptoms,improve the daily living ability and prognosis of patients with stroke of blood stasis liver depression type,with high safety.
