摘　　要：目的探讨医护结合优质护理对肺部感染患者免疫能力与生活质量的影响。方法将74例肺部感染患者随机分为两组,对照组应用常规护理,观察组实施医护结合优质护理。比较两组的免疫指标、生活质量、护理满意率。结果护理后,观察组CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+高于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组SF-36评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意率为97.30%,高于对照组的78.38%(P<0.05)。结论医护结合优质护理可提升肺部感染患者的免疫能力、生活质量及护理满意率。Objective To explore the impact of integrating medical care with high-quality nursing on immune function and quality of life of patients with pulmonary infection.Methods 74 patients with pulmonary infection were randomly divided into two groups.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received integrating medical care with high-quality nursing.The immune indicators,quality of life,and nursing satisfaction rate were compared between two groups.Results After nursing,the CD3+,CD4+,and CD4+/CD8+of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the SF-36 score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was 97.30%,higher than 78.38%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Integrating medical care with high-quality nursing can improve the immune function,quality of life and nursing satisfaction rate in patients with pulmonary infection.
