摘　　要：建设全国统一大市场以加快要素资源自由流动是构建新发展格局、实现绿色低碳高质量发展的应有之义。基于资源配置理论,运用2003—2019年30个省的面板数据,在综合测算要素市场整合指数和低碳转型发展指数的基础上,采用空间计量模型考察了要素市场整合对低碳转型发展的影响及其机制。研究结果表明:(1)要素市场整合对低碳转型发展具有显著的促进作用,且存在显著的空间溢出效应。(2)要素市场整合通过加速研发要素流动可以形成空间知识溢出,从而促进低碳转型发展,且相比资本市场整合,劳动市场整合对低碳转型发展的促进作用更加明显。(3)东部地区要素市场整合对低碳转型发展的促进作用显著,但中部地区要素市场整合不利于低碳转型发展。(4)要素市场整合的空间知识溢出效应存在区域边界。劳动市场整合对低碳转型发展促进效应的溢出边界范围在600km以内,且呈现边际递减趋势。资本市场整合对低碳转型发展促进效应的溢出边界范围在900km以内,且呈现边际递增趋势。研究结论为推动市场一体化建设和实现低碳转型发展提供了参考。Building a national unified market that speeds up the unimpeded flow of factor resources is pivotal for forging a new development paradigm and realizing green,low-carbon and high-quality development.Drawing on resource allocation theory and utilizing panel data from 30 provinces from 2003 to 2019,this study comprehensively computes indexes for both factor market integration and low-carbon transition development.Employing a spatial econometric model,it delves into the influence of factor market integration on low-carbon transition development and its underlying mechanisms.The findings reveal that:(1)Factor market integration markedly bolsters low-carbon transition development and exhibits a pronounced spatial spllover effect.(2)Factor market integration forms spatial knowledge spillover through accelerating the flow of research and development factors,and then promotes low-carbon transition development.Compared with capital market integration,the promoting effect of labor market integration on low-carbon transition development is more obvious.(3)Regionally,factor market integration significantly propels low-carbon transition development in the east,whereas factor market integration in the central region appears to impede it.(4)There are regional boundaries in the spatial knowledge spillover effect of factor market integration.The spillover boundary of the labor market integration to the development of lowcarbon transition is 600km,with a marginal increasing trend.Conversely,the spillover boundary of the capital market integration to the development of low-carbon transition is 900km,with a marginal decreasing trend.The research conclusions provide reference for promoting market integration and realizing low-carbon transition development.
