摘 要:随着社会经济不断发展,聚酰胺酰亚胺绝缘涂料出现在人们视线范围内,其凭借自身耐化学腐蚀、高耐热性能等特征,被广泛应用到各种电器中,受到各行业人员的高度重视。但和聚酯亚胺、聚氨酯等材料的绝缘涂料相比,其更加容易吸潮变质,影响吸潮因素趋于多样化,如树脂分子量、溶剂材质、组成等,所以如何降低聚酰胺酰亚胺绝缘涂料的吸潮性,延长材料保存时间和使用年限,是目前专业人员急需解决的问题。研究结果数据表明,溶剂吸收性能和树脂分子量不会给涂料吸潮性带来明显影响,溶剂溶解性是影响聚酰胺酰亚胺绝缘涂料吸潮性的主要因素。With the continuous development of social economy,polyamide imide insulation coating appears in people's line of sight.Because of its chemical corrosion resistance and high heat resistance,polyamide imide insulation coating is widely used in all kinds of electrical appliances and is highly valued by people in various industries.However,compared with the insulation coatings of polyester imide and polyurethane materials,it is easier to absorb moisture and deteriorate,and the factors affecting moisture absorption tend to be diversified,such as resin molecular weight,solvent material,composition and so on.Therefore,it is an urgent problem for professionals to solve how to reduce the moisture absorption of polyamide imide insulation coatings and prolong the preservation time and service life of the materials.According to the data of the research results,the solvent absorption properties and the molecular weight of the resin will not significantly affect the moisture absorption of the coatings,and the solvent solubility is the main factor affecting the moisture absorption of polyamide imide insulation coatings.
