国土空间规划背景下旧城改造规划设计研究

摘　　要：目前,我国城镇化已经进入成熟阶段,以“递进”为主的发展方式已经很难再继续下去,在有限的土地上必须提高城市的质量。所以,在国土空间规划背景下进行的旧城更新改造受到人们的普遍关注,并在整个社会中获得较好的普及和执行。想要进行高层次的旧城更新改造,必须要以此为基础,明确改造计划和设计的现实指导方针,并针对提高整个改造工作的效率,制订出相应的对策。该文结合上述研究背景将旧城更新改造作为主要研究内容,分析其基本原理和重要性,并以国土空间规划为背景,以实际案例探讨旧城的改造与规划设计内容,以供相关人员参考。At present,in China's urbanization has entered a mature stage,the"progressive"-based development mode has been very difficult to continue,in the limited land must improve the quality of the city.Therefore,the renewal and transformation of the old city under the background of land and spatial planning has been widely concerned by people,and has been well popularized and implemented in the whole society.In order to carry out high-level renewal and transformation of the old city,we must take this as the basis,clarify the realistic guidelines of the transformation plan and design,and work out corresponding countermeasures to improve the efficiency of the whole transformation work.Based on the above research background,this paper takes the renewal and transformation of the old city as the main research content,analyzes its basic principle and importance,and discusses the transformation,planning and design of the old city with an actual case against the background of land space planning,so as to provide reference for relevant practitioners.
