摘  要:换热器作为轻型商用制冷设备的关键部件之一,目前主要向小型化、轻量化、紧凑化的方向发展。本文综述了轻商制冷设备中的翅片式换热器和微通道换热器的技术发展现状。目前翅片式换热器是主流产品,微通道换热器在未来有良好的发展前景。换热器的换热强化能够提高设备的整机能效,换热强化主要分为空气侧换热强化和制冷剂侧换热强化。空气侧换热强化主要通过改进翅片结构、翅片开孔、翅片间距,制冷剂侧换热强化主要通过在管内设置强化结构和采取小管径化的方式。小管径换热器的发展促进了环保型制冷剂的应用,但为保证换热性能还需要对换热器流路和结构参数进行优化设计。As one of the key components of light commercial refrigeration equipment,heat exchanger is mainly developing towards miniaturization,lightweight and compactness.This paper summarizes the technical development status of finned heat exchanger and microchannel heat exchanger in light commercial refrigeration equipment.At present,the finned heat exchanger is the mainstream product and the microchannel heat exchanger has a good development prospect in the future.Heat transfer enhancement of heat exchanger can improve the energy efficiency of the equipment.Heat transfer enhancement is mainly divided into air side heat transfer enhancement and refrigerant side heat transfer enhancement.The heat transfer enhancement of the air side is mainly by improving the fin structure,fin opening and fin spacing.The heat transfer enhancement of the refrigerant side is mainly by applying the enhanced structure and small diameter tube.The development of small diameter heat exchangers has promoted the application of environmentally friendly refrigerants.However,in order to ensure the heat transfer performance,the flow path and structural parameters of the heat exchanger need to be optimized.
