摘  要:有效的地坪防冻胀措施,对于低温冷藏间来讲是必不可少的。目前国内外常用的隔热防冻方式主要有:地坪架空、地坪通风、地坪敷设加热管道等。本文将以广东省某冷链物流项目为例,从环境适用性、投资等方面入手,对几种方案在实际工程案例中的应用进行对比分析。对比结果发现,以乙二醇水溶液为介质的地坪加热方案,与地坪架空和地坪通风方案相比,在投资成本上具有一定的优势。此外,三种方案具备各自的环境适用性,在实际工程中,可以根据土质情况、工期时长、新建或改造需求等条件,选择合适的方案。Effective anti-frost heaving measures on the floor are essential for low temperature refrigerating rooms.At present,the commonly used thermal insulation and anti-freezing methods at home and abroad mainly include:stilt floor,underfloor ventilation,underfloor heating pipes,etc.This paper will take a cold chain logistics project in Guangdong Province as an example,starting from the aspects of environmental applicability and investment,to compare and analyze the application of several schemes in practical engineering cases.The comparison results show that the floor heating scheme using ethylene glycol has certain advantages in investment cost compared with stilt floor and underfloor ventilation schemes.In addition,these three schemes have their own environmental applicability,and in practical projects,the appropriate scheme can be selected based on conditions such as soil quality,project duration,new construction or renovation needs.
