新国际背景下地方高校教育国际化路径的思考

摘　　要：文章就当前我国人才强国战略下高等教育国际化的主要任务,结合我国高校教育国际合作的相关实践,对新国际背景下的高校国际交流合作的路径作了系统的思考。提出了以质量保障体系为抓手,推进教育深化合作;以国际产业合作为切入点,提升国际产教融合的粘合力;以共性问题科研联合攻关为纽带,推进国际化合作的磁性引力;以民间文化交流为通道,扩大中华文明的国际传播力等策略,旨在为培养具有政治定力和国际胜任力的专业人才提供可实施的解决方案。Focusing on the main tasks of higher education internationalization under the current strategy of reinvigorating China through human resource development,this paper provides a systematic reflection regarding the paths of international collaboration in universities under the new international context.The following strategies are presented:promoting deepened education partnership with a quality assurance system;enhancing the integration between international education and industry with the help of international industrial partnership;enhancing the magnetic attraction of international cooperation using joint research on common issues as a link;expanding the global influence of Chinese culture through the channels of folk cultural communications.These strategies provide feasible solutions for cultivating professional talents with political determination and international competence.
