摘  要:富氢气体深度脱除CO是质子交换膜燃料电池汽车用氢的必经之路。本文分别以4类铝盐制得氧化铝载体,并制得负载型钴基催化剂。结果表明,异丙醇铝制备的Al_(2)O_(3)具有最大的比表面积(206m^(2)/g)、最大的孔容(0.54m^(3)/g),负载钴后的催化剂具有最小的钴颗粒(9.4nm)、最大的钴分散度(13.6%)和还原度(32.1%),表现出最优的CO深度脱除性能,CO残留仅为0.03%。The deep removal of CO from hydrogen rich gas is a necessary path for proton exchange membrane fuel cell vehicles to use hydrogen.Four different aluminum salts was used to prepare alumina and supported cobalt catalysts.The results show that the alumina prepared from C9H21AlO3 has the largest BET area(206m^(2)/g),the largest pore volume(0.54 m^(3)/g),the supported cobalt catalyst has the smallest cobalt particles(9.4nm),the largest cobalt dispersity(13.6%)and reduction(32.1%),and the CO residue is only 0.03%.
