浅析大型灯泡贯流式水轮发电机组管形座安装技术

摘　　要：管型座是贯流式水轮发电机组主要刚性支撑的重要组成部分,承载着机组转动部分及固定部件重量、上部混凝土及设备重量,也承受水的压力、浮力、正反向水推力。发电机扭矩等大部分荷载,将这些传递给混凝土基础,因此基础混凝土应有足够的强度。根据龙溪口航电枢纽的特殊情况,阐述灯泡贯流式机组管型座安装的实施方案,优化组装工艺、安装流程,减轻工作强度,缩短工期,降低焊接难度,控制安装质量,为顺利实现机组的发电目标奠定基础。The tubular seat is an important component of the main rigid support of the tubular hydroelectric generator set,bearing the weight of the rotating and fixed parts of the unit,the weight of the upper concrete and equipment,as well as the pressure,buoyancy,and forward and reverse water thrust of the water.Most of the loads,such as generator torque,are transmitted to the concrete foundation,so the foundation concrete should have sufficient strength.Based on the special situation of the Longxikou Navigation and Power Hub,this paper elaborates on the implementation plan for the installation of the tube type seat of the bulb flow unit,optimizes the assembly process and installation process,reduces work intensity,shortens construction period,reduces welding difficulty,controls installation quality,and lays the foundation for successfully achieving the power generation goal of the unit.
