摘  要:电力营销稽查在电力营销环节发挥着内控约束机制的重要作用,是强化电力营销风险管理的重要举措。有效实施电力稽查工作,可实现规范营销行为、堵塞漏洞、挖潜增效、提升营销政策执行力、降低营销事故发生率等目标。在电力营销过程中,电力营销管理是供电企业运行的重要环节,也是反映供电企业生产运行结果和价值的终极业务环节之一,属于一项专门的管理工作。只有做好电力营销稽查工作,落实电力销售、经营管理工作的监督、稽查,才能全面提高电力营销效益。在国家电网企业商业化运营与法制化管理的背景下,电力稽查工作为适应电力企业的发展,需要优化电力稽查理念,建立高效、高质量的电力稽查工作体系,为电力企业营销质量的提升奠定基础。The inspection of power marketing plays an important role in the internal control and constraint mechanism in the power marketing process,and is an important measure to strengthen the risk management of power marketing.Effectively implementing power inspection work can achieve goals such as standardizing marketing behavior,plugging loopholes,tapping potential and increasing efficiency,improving the execution of marketing policies,and reducing the incidence of marketing accidents.In the process of power marketing,power marketing management is an important link in the operation of power supply enterprises,and also one of the ultimate business links that reflect the production and operation results and value of power supply enterprises.It belongs to a specialized management work.Only by doing a good job in electricity marketing inspection and implementing supervision and inspection of electricity sales and business management can we comprehensively improve the efficiency of electricity marketing.In the context of commercial operation and legal management of State Grid Corporation of China,in order to adapt to the development of power enterprises,it is necessary to optimize the concept of power inspection,establish an efficient and high-quality power inspection system,and lay the foundation for improving the marketing quality of power enterprises.
