摘  要:通过分析钻井液不落地固液分离流行的压滤工艺流程,针对钻井现场较为突出的微细分散相压滤分离效率低、成本高、分离出的滤饼含水率高等难题;通过实验,探索利用现场钻屑,嫁接“骨架”粒子的方式,在滤布上形成“骨架”层屏障,从而实现实现微细分散相钻井液废液的快速压滤,压滤滤饼含水率低,滤液合格,大幅降低了破胶剂的使用量,实现压滤液的有条件回用,而且不会增加总的压滤处理量。In this paper,by analyzing the popular filter pressing process of solid-liquid separation of drillingfluid,the problems of low efficiency,high cost and high water content of separatedfilter cake in the drilling site are highlighted.Through experiments,the method of grafting“skeleton”particles withfield cuttings was explored to form a“skeleton”layer barrier on thefilter cloth,so as to realize rapidfilter pressing of drillingfluid waste liquid withfine dispersed phase.The water content offilter cake is low and thefiltrate is qualified,which greatly reduces the dosage of gel breaker and realizes the conditional reuse offilter liquor without increasing the totalfilter pressing capacity.
