摘 要:连续油管在作业过程中遇卡现象时有发生,在常规处理措施无效的情况下,采用穿芯打捞和环空负压解卡工艺是两种比较有效的处理措施。通过借鉴穿芯打捞电缆的方法和带压作业的优点,研制旋转防喷密封装置,解决了穿芯管和连续油管环空密封和循环问题。使用组合式穿芯打捞管柱,顺利下至4007.99m,并成功实现解卡。另外,针对连续油管砂卡难题,采用环空负压解卡工艺实现连续油管解卡成功。通过两起案例,进一步丰富了连续油管解卡手段,对同类问题的处理也具有参考价值。The phenomenon of stuck coiled tubing often occurs during operation.In cases where conventional treatment measures are ineffective,the use of cut-and-threadfishing and annular under pressure unblocking processes are two more effective treatment measures.By drawing inspiration from the method offishing cables through the core and the advantages of snubbing operation,a rotating blowout prevention sealing device has been developed to solve the sealing and circulation problems of the annular space of the cut-and-thread tube and the coiled tubing.Using a combined cut-and-threadfishing string,it was smoothly run into 4007.99m and successfully released.In response to the problem of sand sticking in coiled tubing,the annular negative pressure unblocking process was adopted to achieve successful unblocking of coiled tubing.Through two cases,it further enriches the methods for releasing stuck coiled tubing and has reference value for handling similar problems.
